Quality control and documentation module

• A quality check on predefined inspection criteria (e.g. dimensions, dimensional accuracy, surface, irregularities, presence of elements such as bolts, etc.). is an integral part of the processing procedure, defective components are not delivered to the production line, but are detected and sorted out in the bin-picking process.
• Inores offers a documentation module regarding the processed parts.This is realised by image capturing and measuring of specified dimensions including the archiving of the required data, such data is made available for further processing with an API.
